Following our vocation we are working on the vinification of Malvasia as a wine for aging. In the three years from '99 to '01 Gaetano produced a still Malvasia, aged in tonneaux, of which we still jealously preserve a few bottles today. An unreal youth distinguishes these white wines with their great personality. Over time the aromatic notes of Malvasia have refined, giving a complexity that is impossible to find in youth. In 2018 Nicola returned to produce this label, being aware of the potential of this vine. The umpteenth challenge useful to demonstrate what our territory can offer.
